Options for Visiting the 9-11 Memorial and Museum

There are an abundance of ways to take 9-11 Memorial Tours, but however you see it, the 9-11 Memorial and Museum are MUST-SEES, whether you are visiting or live in New York City. Options for visiting the 9-11 Memorial range from a do-it-yourself sightsee to a full, private guided tour, hosted by people directly affected by 9-11-01.

Visiting the 9-11 Memorial is completely free, no longer requires a visitor pass or reservation and is something you can do on your own (read the full Insider Guide to the 9-11 Memorial and 9-11 Museum). The 9-11 Museum has an admission fee and guided tours may be purchased separately.

The following 9-11 Memorial Tour options are for those interested in a personal guided tour or who may want to combine their 9-11 Memorial and Museum visit with other downtown sightseeing options, such as Wall Street and the Statue of Liberty.
