NYC April Events and Activities Calendar
New York City Events April 2023 include Bruce Springsteen, Jerry Seinfeld, Billy Joel, Bono, tons of comedy shows (April Fools!!!), NY Auto Show and Earth Day. Broadway is star-studded this month with Josh Groban & Annaleigh Ashford starring in Sweeney Todd; Lea Michele & Tovah Feldschuh selling out Funny Girl and Jessica Chastain in A Doll’s House.
The New York Yankees, Mets and NYCFC kick off their seasons, just as the Nets, Knicks and Rangers are (hopefully) heading to the Playoffs. April is also a fantastic shopping and sample sale month, and the weather is usually quite nice, unless we get too much rain.

Spa Week – The best NYC Spa Services for $50
We are told Spa Week has moved to the summer and reservations will open June 15, 2020
Hundreds of top spas around the city offer treatments for $50. Facials, massages, laser hair removal and more. My favorite spa is Great Jones (at left), because of their amazing water lounge, steam and sauna, however, they no longer have the best spa week deals. Another great spa that partakes in Spa Week is Elizabeth Arden. See Spa Week for details.

Now held in NYC in June.
The Tribeca Festival is back with in-person screenings and live events! The 20th-anniversary celebration is the first major US festival to be held in person since the start of the pandemic. The multi-week Film Festival will take place at all new venues this year always showcases every film genre while attracting blockbuster global celebrities, second only to the annual Met Gala.
More Info: www.tribecafilm.com
Robert De Niro and colleagues founded the Tribeca Film Festival in 2001, following the the World Trade Center attacks to spur the revitalization of lower Manhattan. The Festival’s mission focuses on assisting filmmakers to reach the broadest possible audience, enabling the international film community and general public to experience the power of cinema and promoting New York City as a major film making center.
Tribeca Film festival tickets are usually on sale first to American Express cardmembers, then the public, closer to the opening. Tickets range in price, depending on the event, but some screenings are even lower than a regular priced movie ticket.
