Valentines Day Wedding Empire State Building

They recommend proposing when the saxophonist is on the 86th floor Observatory deck (Thursdays-Saturdays, 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.) and to request your special song to help set the mood while overlooking the romantic city lights.
