Where to Watch Macy’s July 4th Fireworks in New York City 2023

The 2023 fireworks will light up the night from 5 barges positioned on the East River In 2023, Macy’s states “This year’s revelry will launch 60,000 shells and effects from five barges positioned between E. 26th and E. 40th Streets along the East River with prime viewing from three boroughs in New York City.” Viewing will be available spectators on elevated portions of the FDR Drive in Manhattan with entry points at East 23rd, East 34th & East 42nd Streets.
