Penington Friends House is generally for long term residency (23 long-term residency rooms and 2 air-conditioned short stay guest rooms), but occasionally has 1-3 month options available. This adorable brownstone is RIGHT across from my apartment and the only reason I know it exists is watching all the people go in and out with luggage all the time. It’s hardly listed anywhere online but it is a little gem in NYC and just down the street from the Seafarers & International House.
