    NYC set to enter Phase 3 on July 6, 2020. Personal care (spa, nails), tennis, volleyball, basketball, places of worship (@ 25 % capacity). Initially, indoor restaurants @ 50% capacity, but now that is postponed. There is currently no open date for theaters, gyms, and shopping malls.

    The African American Day Parade, Sunday, Sunday, September 15, 2019, is the largest Black Parade In America and a colorful and musical event with crowds packing the streets of Harlem as floats glide belting music from soca to reggae, ragga and soul. The Parade includes a variety of black leaders in America and is a showcase of Positive Black Achievements.
