This brand new all-suite hotel offers 243 studio and one-bedroom lodgings, each of which is nearly the size of a New York City apartment. The Residence, opened in 2015 and located in lower Manhattan, is walking distance to One World Trade center, Wall Street, NYSE, Battery Park, the 9-11 Memorial and Museum and the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island.
Rooms
Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
Wired and wireless Internet access is complimentary, and LCD televisions with satellite programming provide entertainment. Conveniences include phones, as well as safes and desks.

The hotel sits on Broadway and Maiden Lane, a street which was once filled with clockmaking and imported jewelry businesses. As such, the hotel features giant time pieces in rooms and in the lobby. There will be a GAP flagship retail store on the first floor of the hotel.
