The big apple takes a colorful dive on May 12th as NYC Holi Hai, the largest open festival of its kind on the east coast, returns to Governors Island with a splash! Noted in Time Out NY as one of the “legendary events” to take place on the island, this fête of colors exhibits culture in abundance with hashtags #colorsofdiversity & #colorsofnewyork. In addition to the traditional color throwing festivities, NYC Holi Hai includes live music performances, dancing, crowd participation, an activity area for kids,and a delicious food & drink.
