This hybrid performance will have a ramp to a cat-walk and a floor to dance. Dixon Place lounge opens at 6:15 p.m. for a special Cocktail Hour. The duration of the show is 60 minutes. Our VIP patrons will have exclusive seating and receive exclusive gifts from our product sponsors.
The Concept: We asked fashion designers, with complete collections, to submit work samples. Six wonderful collections were chosen from designers of diverse backgrounds. These designer apparels were then introduced to 6 established dance choreographers and they will create 6 different dance vignettes to showcase the fashion collections.
We’re very excited to bring together two of New York’s vibrant institutions: Fashion and Dance.
