The Roxy

The The Roxy, formerly The Tribeca Grand, is known for their spacious rooms, soaring central atrium, The Django jazz club, the oyster bar, and even a private film screening room. The Roxy introduced live entertainment in the Roxy Bar and opened Paul’s Cocktail Lounge, the Django, The Roxy Cinema, Blackstone’s and Jack’s Coffee. The Roxy Bar reopened February 12th with Live Entertainment and will be serving outdoors on the Plaza this Spring. The Django is expected to reopen in April and The Roxy Cinema is expected to open in May."

The Frederick Hotel NYC (formerly The Cosmopolitan)

The Frederick Hotel has a long NYC history, going to back to 1844, and at one point was owned by local New Yorkers. The hotel is a short walk to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, the World Trade Center and Statue of Liberty. With only 150 guest rooms, the hotel is peaceful and private. The Frederick often feels more like a bed and breakfast than a lower Manhattan hotel, but the excitement of NYC is just outside their door.

This brand new all-suite hotel offers 243 studio and one-bedroom lodgings, each of which is nearly the size of a New York City apartment. The Residence, opened in 2015, is designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
