JOIN US for a fun-filled day with lots of tricks & treats, while at the same time educating children—all within a safe enclosed environment. “All” children will receive a trick-or-treat bag, a new Halloween book from donated Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Random House, ride scary inflatable bounce rides, and so much more. Special guest appearances by McGruff the Crime Dog, FDNY Fire Safety Education Unit, U.S. ARMY Recruiting Battalion NYC, The Federation of Black Cowboys, NYU College of Dentistry “Smiling Faces, Going Places”, and STEVE VIALIZ aka CAS, a legendary urban artist and Art Director for many Warner Bros & Disney Top Children animated 3-D movies will judge the “Pablo Pumpicasso Children's Art & Best Halloween Costume Contest".
