Good Health starts in Your Head is part of: The Chef & The Doctor Fall 2015 Series, a series of dinner/lectures at Bouley Botanical curated by Chef David Bouley.  Each event begins at 6:30pm with a reception featuring passed canapés and a specialty health tonic cocktail. Guests will have the opportunity to mingle in the company of the guest author and doctor. Chef Bouley will then prepare a multi course menu with wine pairing featuring products and ingredients to address the topic of the evening. The author and doctor will present during the event and be available for all questions and answers. There will be a silent auction at which participants will have a chance to make a donation beyond the ticket price of the event.
Proceeds donated to TriBeCa Native in support of the Marisa Acocella Marchetto Foundation (Empowering uninsured women with breast cancer) at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Dubin Breast Center at Mount Sinai.
