Note on Bonuses - I cannot guarantee exactly what will you will get with the bonuses, but there is always a subway map and at least one local tourist guide (usually 3-4). Items I've had in the past (and hope to have in the future) include:

The NYC vacation package is simply a convenient service to NYC Insider Guide visitors, as if you had an "Insider" friend in NY willing to ship and send all of this to you before your trip. The Fodor's Guide and Central Park Map is shipped with every NYC Vacation Package, and for the same fixed shipping price, I will stuff the envelopes with all the free bonuses I have and can fit.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping in the U.S. only (no PO Boxes, and International shipping coming in April 2010). Priority mail generally takes 2-3 days and I try to ship every 1-2 days.
Please let me know if you have any special interests while in NYC, the dates of your trip, are visiting with children, and I'll do my best to put the most relevant items in your package.
